2. What data do we collect?
We collect the following personal data:
Appointment booking: When you book via our booking system, we collect name, phone number and email address. This is necessary to manage appointments, send confirmations and contact you if needed.
Chat: The website has a chat function that is loaded only if you consent to third-party cookies. If you provide your name and phone number in the chat, these are stored so we can follow up on your enquiry.
Marketing: With your explicit consent, we may send you offers, campaigns and news via email or SMS. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or clicking "unsubscribe" in the message.
Legal basis:
Appointment booking and chat: Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in providing the services you have requested.
Marketing: Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Norwegian Marketing Control Act § 15).
Retention period: Personal data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purpose, typically within 12 months of your last visit. Marketing data is deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent.

Technical operation of the booking system, chat and marketing delivery is carried out by Sømløs (somlos.no) on behalf of Rendez-Vous. A data processing agreement is in place to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

The website uses the following third-party services. Services marked consent required are only loaded if you click "Accept all" in the consent banner:
Timma (booking system) — used only when you click "Book appointment" and open the booking page in a new window. Collects name, phone, email for appointment bookings. Timma privacy policy

The fonts (Cormorant Garamond and Outfit) are hosted locally on rendez-vous.no — no data is transferred to Google Fonts.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or other tracking tools. On your first visit you will see a consent banner with these options:
